Car Parking

Some street parking is available and there is a choice of short stay, long stay and secure car parks nearby. Most parking is chargeable and rates vary according to the type of car park, time of parking and day of the week. Brief parking on the Glassworks site for unloading and loading upon arival and prior to departure may be possible by arrangement.

Lancaster Station is on the Virgin West Coast London to Glasgow main line and is easily accessible from stations along or connecting to this line.

Northern Rail and Trans Pennine express also operate trains on this line to stations between Manchester and Barrow-in-Furness, as well as to the Lake District, Cumbria, Leeds and Edinburgh. Morecambe, Bare, Heysham and Carnforth are all accessible by train.
